Miller Systems had worked with Airvana for many years, and was well versed in the company’s market position, competitive landscape, and overall requirements as a result.
By collaborating thoughtfully with key client stakeholders, the Miller Systems team re-organized the site around new customer-oriented solutions and associated products, which had evolved substantially as a result of the 3Way acquisition. The look and feel was redesigned from the ground up in line with the new strategy.
A key solution component that made the project possible and affordable was the use of OpenText WSM, which Miller Systems provided in a SaaS delivered model.
The Miller Systems/OpenText WSM SaaS Solution provides growing businesses with affordable, enterprise class content management and assure a seamless migration path to a licensed system. This solution is ideal for small and middle market customers who require the features and functionality found in enterprise content management tools, but have limited budgets and need only to manage a single web property in order to more effectively communicate their core value proposition. By offering a fully-featured, affordable, hosted version of OpenText’s WSM platform, Miller Systems provides customers with the functionality they need now, while giving them a zero-services cost and one business day migration path to a broader, licensed system as needs expand.
The Airvana site was redesigned and developed in plenty of time for the IPO, despite tight deadlines. The brand was refreshed and revitalized, and prospective investors were presented with a much more professional, established organization when they visited the site.
Prospective customers for the new femtocell technology were provided intuitive paths to the product information, providing them with clearer calls to action, and lead generation was increased as a result.
Finally, Airvana was able to manage the routine updates to their site without development/technical assistance.
