Miller Systems' goal was to enable Iron Mountain's corporate communication and marketing executives to create dynamic content, and then control and direct updates using the streamlined, elegant and intuitive user interface of Miller Systems' award-winning dataDriver Press Room software. At the same time, Miller Systems was challenged to integrate dataDriver seamlessly with Iron Mountain's existing in-house content management system for archival and maintenance purposes.

Working closely with Iron Mountain's IT and marketing communications departments, Miller Systems was able to outline and deliver the new, integrated system on time, on target and on budget. Today, new features from dataDriver Press Room allow approved Iron Mountain personnel to add, edit, schedule, delete, archive, publish and syndicate news content to the web site; categorize news by service lines; and leverage a flexible content model to update and insert standard boiler plate company information.
